30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and transfer the funds.
